Samsung is betting strongly on the mid-range with the new Samsung Galaxy A80, with an incredible camera that rotates 180°.
The new device has a 6.7-inch screen, larger than the 6.1 inches of the recent Galaxy S10, without “notch”, or holes or bevels: the screen occupies absolutely the entire front of the device.
And the camera for selfies?
This is the most extraordinary thing about this phone: when selecting this option, the camera emerges from the back of the device and rotates, being in front of the user.
Thus, all three cameras open automatically and the same photo quality is used in both instances.
Speaking of the camera, it consists of a 48-megapixel main sensor and f / 2.0 focal aperture with a second 8-megapixel sensor, and A 8-megapixel 3D depth sensor.
With the depth camera, you can make videos with live blur when scanning objects to measure depth, and Super Steady mode focused on action videos, reduces vibration.
Scenes Optimizer function in Samsung Galaxy A80
In addition, the Intelligent Scenes Optimizer function recognizes and improves up to 30 different scenes, and Error Detection is able to automatically detect technical problems before clicking.
The design of the camera results in a wide and clean New Infinity Super AMOLED screen, with Full HD + resolution (2,400 x 1,080 pixels), which is complemented by Dolby Atmos.
It also brings a fingerprint reader on the screen, an improvement that brings it closer to the brand’s premium devices.
The Samsung Galaxy A80 also integrates an eight-core processor (two at 2.2GHz and six at 1.7GHz), with a configuration of 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, and a 3.700mAh battery, with the fast charging system of 25W.
Available in Black, Gold, and Silver
These last two colors combine with elements in pink and blue, respectively that look different according to the reflection and direction of the light.

The Samsung Galaxy A80 offers premium features for digital natives who want to fully participate in the Era of the Living “, full.
The A80 is the most complete of the devices in the A range, which replaces the Galaxy J family, and goes from the A10 to the A80, with different features and screen sizes.

First Reversible Camera Stands
The triple rotating camera of the Galaxy A80 is undoubtedly the jewel in the crown.
It is a system led by a sensor of 48 megapixels of resolution that bases its operation on the Pixel Binning technology, with an aperture f / 2.0 and the objective of improving the nocturnal photographs.
Next to it is an Ultra Wide Angle sensors like the one we saw and tested in the Galaxy S10 +, in this case with an 8-megapixel resolution and f /2.2, capable of capturing a viewing angle of 123 degrees.
The third camera is a 3D sensor designed to capture depth information, in order to generate a natural blurring effect in those images captured in portrait mode.
A Large Screen
With its large Super AMOLED panel “New Infinity Display” of 6.7 inches diagonal, the Samsung Galaxy A80 is the largest model of the new A series, currently consisting of no less than six different models.
This is also noticeable in the dimensions of the terminal, which rise to 165 millimeters in height and 76 millimeters in width, with something more than 9 millimeters thick.
