How to Divert Calls?
Today we have multiple contact channels and although they seem almost extinct after the insertion of instant messaging applications, calls are still one of the main communication channels.
The call forwarding is one of those options that you think you will never use until the day we have to implement it arrives we do not know where to start.
Whether it’s because we’re going on vacation and we do not want to be bothered, or because we have two numbers and our phone is not Dual SIM, let’s see how we can divert calls from one mobile phone to another on both Apple phones and Android phones. OS.
How to Divert Calls on Android
In both operating systems we will manage this option from the settings of the phone itself. In the case of Android phones, we will open the phone application (the calls one) and click on the icon of the three points that we will find by default in the upper right corner (in most devices) to access the settings of calls
Within these settings we will find the option “Call Forwarding“, in which we also have four different diversion options:
- Always divert
- Divert when you are busy
- Divert when it does not respond
- Divert when it is not available
Once we have decided which option is best suited to our needs, all we have to do is enter the phone number where we want our calls to be diverted. Of course, this action can be unchecked at the moment we want to stop diverting calls just by following the same steps.

In the case of Apple phones we will also start with the main settings and go to the “phone” option. Unlike Android, we do not have options available, but the deviation will be done in all cases once we have activated it.
Click on the call diversion option and slide the tab to activate it. Once we have activated it, it will ask us to enter the phone number to which we want to divert it and that’s it.
In the case that we want to deactivate it, we will do the same as in Android, follow the same steps and uncheck the tab.
